My work as a humanistic psychotherapist emphasises creating a supportive and empowering environment to explore your experiences. I aim to encourage self-understanding, personal growth and meaningful, positive changes in your life.
Whether you’re seeking to address a current challenge, make sense of past issues affecting the present, or understand how these might be connected, I look forward to working with you.
I have a general practice and can attend to a wide variety of presenting issues, including:
- anxiety and stress-related concerns
- low self-esteem and self-doubt
- family, partner and parenting relationships
- attachment patterns
- trauma-related issues, including childhood trauma, intergenerational trauma and domestic violence
- grief, including bereavement and relationship endings
- addiction and compulsive behaviours
- work-related concerns
- major life transitions
Alongside my work as a psychotherapist, I also have a career in non-fiction book publishing, where I have gained valuable insights through collaborating with leading experts across various mental health specialisms.
I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Brighton, as well as an MA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford and an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE).
