I am a trainee psychodynamic psychotherapist currently completing my studies at the University of Brighton. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychological Science and am a student member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have extensive experience volunteering within mental health services and supporting victims and survivors of sexual violence.
My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic which is grounded in the belief that our past experiences and unconscious patterns shape how we feel, relate and respond in the present. As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I am attentive and deeply curious about your inner world, unconscious patterns and early relationships. I believe therapy is somewhere you should feel seen, understood and supported to explore whatever may be painful, confusing or hard to carry alone. Therapy offers a space to explore these deeper layers with compassion and without judgement at a pace that feels safe for you.
