Haia Ironside

Psychodynamic Psychotherapist

I am training as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist at the Tavistock and Portman in London, currently in my 4th year of study. I work at Brighton Therapy Centre and am also an honorary Psychotherapist within the NHS and a student member of the BACP.

My experience includes working therapeutically with:

  • Relationships
  • Family dynamics
  • Excessive anxiety
  • Feelings of depression
  • Traumatic experiences
  • Autism and neurodivergence

In your first session, we can discuss what brings you to therapy. In general, I work with once weekly sessions at the same time and date each week. This regularity will enable me to get to know you and we can begin to think together about your experiences.

My background includes an MA in Autism Research Studies and a BA in War Studies alongside varied professional experience. I can offer face to face, online or telephone sessions.
